Clinic Assistant and Management Team

Corinna Palmer
Practice Manager
I started out in chiropractic by being a client and became a Clinic Assistant after seeing an advert at my local chiropractor’s clinic. I worked with him for five years until he moved his practice to another town and had to let me go. I really loved my work and didn’t want to look for a different type of job, I just wanted to stay in chiropractic! Luckily, County Chiropractic heard that I was available and took me on.
I get adjusted regularly so I can enjoy my swimming and being outdoors with my animals. I love floating in the clinic’s floatation therapy tank because of my affinity with water.Learn more...

Barbara Knight
Clinic Assistant / Marketing Co-ordinator
I was a regular visitor to County Chiropractic for several years before having the opportunity to become a Clinic Assistant, having monthly chiropractic adjustments and massage to help me stay fit and well. When I was looking for a change in career it was serendipitous that an opening came up in the clinic.
Being a Clinic Assistant is extremely rewarding, supporting our fantastic team of practitioners as they help so many people return to and stay in good health, as well as having the opportunity to get to know our guests.
I continue to have regular adjustments and massage and have completely fallen in love with floatation therapy. This regular care helps me to maintain my own wellbeing, and more importantly keeps me in touch with how all our practitioners work so I can help advise clients on which practitioners’ methods might best suit their needs.Learn more...

Justin Seaborne
MSc Hons Chiropractic
As a healthy and active boy born in South Africa, I had no idea that my first migraine, accompanied by the full array of ‘fun symptoms’ would go on to shape and change my life. I was seven years old at the time. I was very healthy and quite athletic – rugby, competitive surfer, swimmer, water polo, kitesurfing (Seaborne by name, seaborne by nature) & ice hockey but was taking medication daily, weekly and monthly. However, the migraines still occurred every 6-10 weeks with no apparent cause other than that they were probably ‘hereditary’ (my father was hospitalised 3-4 times annually owing to the severity of his symptoms). As luck would have it, while I was in my 3rd year at University, a close friend of mine in his 1st year at Chiropractic College suggested I become part of a final year student’s thesis on headaches and migraine.
I knew nothing about Chiropractic but after three neck adjustments over 2 weeks, I have been migraine-free except after two fairly serious head traumas in the years that have followed. I was 24 at the time. The experience was literally life-changing.
I’m not suggesting that Chiropractic ‘cured’ me.
That would be silly, like suggesting it’s the stitches that heal the cut or the plaster cast that heals the broken bone. You know they are only there to ensure that ENVIRONMENT is ideal for the body to do what it has been designed to do, what it strives to do… which is TO HEAL ITSELF. By restoring function to the dysfunctional joints in my neck, the Chiropractic Adjustment prevented the migraine gene I was born with expressing itself.
I want to ensure that structurally I will always be up to lots of work and play into my late eighties or even nineties. That means I get my spine checked over and adjusted every two to three weeks. This is alongside a Chiropractic lifestyle of keeping active, a healthy diet, drinking two to three litres of cool water daily and keeping a smile on my face as well as in my head. No matter who you are or how you feel, my goal is to meet you where you are and share with you the profound changes and benefits the chiropractic adjustment holds for you. I have a keen interest in following your body’s ‘indicators’ which I’ve learned as a Chiropractor that help me address the root cause of many of today’s health and dis-ease issues. I’ll focus on easing your symptoms as intensively and safely as possible at first. Then I’ll help you to stabilise and rehabilitate your spine with a combination of being regularly Adjusted alongside regular & vigorous/activities exercise. Regardless of whether you are in it for the long-haul and committed to ‘being better’ or if you want that one ‘miracle cure’, I will do my best to meet your expectations but encourage you to be realistic at the same time. You will get the same outstanding level of expertise, care, advice, motivation and that active Superpower ingredient, the Chiropractic Adjustment whose health benefits should never be underestimated. I guarantee it’ll more that meet your expectations.Learn more...

Jamie Gray
MSc Hons Chiropractor
Having been bred in the green fields of the Devon countryside, I have always enjoyed physical hands on activity and sport which has brought with it a fair share of injuries. It was this that first introduced me to the Chiropractic profession and opened my eyes to the benefits Chiropractic can bring to people restricted in life by injury and pain.
After deciding to join the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic I continued to enjoy physical pursuits, aside from my studies, which has naturally lead to an interest in preventing and treating sports injuries. However, the most rewarding part has been utilising the ‘diversified’ Chiropractic approach to help people get back doing the things most important in their own lives.
Before joining County Chiropractic & Wellness Centre I spent 2 ½ years gaining priceless experience with a team of chiropractors in Leicester and Mansfield. I also worked with the professional athletes at Leicester Riders basketball team where I was relied upon to speed their return from injury and improve performance by reducing pain and improving function.
I am very excited to be back working in my home County.
Massage Therapy Team

Lisa Vuletić
Therapeutic Massage Therapist
When I discovered how massage therapy and other therapeutic treatments can have a tremendous impact on well-being, I fell in love with helping people. For me it was a turning point in which I began my never-ending education about the human brain and body, and thus healing others as well as directing them to their own self-healing journey.
I gained my education and work experience in Croatia where I attained a degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy, as well as a qualification in Beauty Therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings to gain an expanse of experience. These include Clinical Hospital Centre and The Health Centre, both in Croatia.

Laura Howell-Griffith

As an empathetic and open-minded Massage Therapist I am able to engage quickly with my clients, allowing them to relax in my presence. With a Holistic Massage qualification and four years experience of working in wellness centres I am able to offer a calm, yet therapeutic, treatment. My passion in helping people achieve a balance of physical and mental health is fueled by my own previous injuries, that are now maintained through regular check ups with our fantastic team of practitioners.
Developing my skills and knowledge as a Massage Therapist at County Chiropractic & Wellness Centre has created many leadership opportunities for me, including becoming a Director. Alan Upfold
Director
In my former life as a business manager for large hospitality companies I was employed to look after the finance, customers and team members. Having enjoyed much success over the past 8 years as a manager I made the move in September 2017 to transfer those skills to County Chiropractic & Wellness Centre as a Director, alongside my partner, Laura.
The majority of my time is spent making sure the engine of County Chiropractic & Wellness Centre runs smoothly and our clients are well cared for. I believe that looking after myself will enable me to better look after others that I am responsible for be it friends and family or the amazing team of professionals working at County Chiropractic & Wellness Centre.
My passions in life are all things to do with the stock market, and finance in general. I read quite a lot of books on anything from self-help to Dark Fantasy. I try to stay fit and healthy by walking as much as possible and eating home-cooked food.
