Cancellation Policy

We are happy to reschedule or cancel any and all appointments with more than 24 hours notice. Otherwise all clients will be charged 100% of their appointment fee, if they cancel within 24-hours of their appointment. Because we understand that ‘life’ happens we will allow one cancellation within 24-hours of the appointment per year (year starting from the first cancellation).

Appointment Expiry Information.

All of our membership plan appointments/services will expire after 2 months. For example, all January membership plan appointments/services must be used by the end of February to avoid them expiring on the 1st of March.

All non membership plan appointments/services have a 12 month expiry on them from the date of purchase.

Please make sure to use the services/appointments you have purchased to avoid disappointment in the future.
